For app issues, help with controls, feedback, or inquiries about your or your child’s information, please email us at the address below.
For an issue, include your device model, OS version, app version, game name, symptoms and steps to reproduce it. Do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
1. Information on your device
Game records and scores, audio settings, music volume, language, advertising counters and policy acknowledgement are stored on your device to run the game and retain records and preferences. The game has no function that sends these records to our servers. Your operating system may back up and restore app data depending on device settings.
2. Unity advertising
The app uses Unity Ads for full-screen advertising, normally every five plays. The advertising SDK processes device and advertising identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location, views and taps within ads, and diagnostics. Data is sent to and shared with Unity and advertising partners for advertising, measurement, service operation and fraud prevention. Processing varies by device, region and provider settings. 3. Retention, deletion and choices
Delete local records by deleting this app from your device or using an app-data deletion feature provided by your device. This also removes scores and preferences. A feature that removes only the app while retaining its data does not delete these records. Manage backed-up data separately in your device or backup service settings. Unity’s retention periods, access and deletion requests and advertising choices are described in its policy. Available choices can be accessed through an ad’s privacy icon and device advertising settings. Clearing app data does not itself delete data held by Unity.
4. Accounts and contact
The app has no account registration or login. If you email us, we use your email address and message to respond. We retain them while needed to handle the inquiry, then delete information no longer needed, except where a legal retention duty applies. Contact us below about your or your child’s information, including deletion requests. For information controlled by an advertising provider, we may direct you to that provider.
5. Security and changes
Local information is stored in the operating system’s app area. Data collected by Unity Ads is encrypted in transit. We show this policy initially and after material changes; it is also accessible in settings. Acknowledging this policy is not blanket consent to personalized advertising. Follow the advertising service’s notices for required consent and choices. If data practices change, we update this page and the in-app text.
